1Introduction

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that no one else uses your account without authorisation.
• Notify rr44 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

Rr44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to a member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Rr44 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and a variety of major local banks in Malaysia.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM5 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Rr44 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the request is submitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Rr44 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing a first-time withdrawal or for amounts exceeding a specified limit.

5Bonus & Promotions

Rr44 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all rr44 bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Rr44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games on the rr44 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) engine that has been independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.
• Game results recorded by the rr44 server are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, rr44 will restore the session based on server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be returned to the member's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage to a player is strictly prohibited.
• Rr44 reserves the right to void games and wagers involved in the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes.

7Member Conduct

All rr44 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully toward all parties while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorised use of another person's credit card or bank account details.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of rr44.

• Any form of harassment, threats, or inappropriate language directed at the rr44 support team.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

8Account Termination

Rr44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Ownership or use of multiple accounts.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member themselves through official support channels.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rr44 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to the settlement of any outstanding pending wagers.

9Liability Limit

Rr44 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

• Rr44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by a member in connection with their use of the platform.
• Rr44 is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or power outages on the member's end.
• The maximum total liability of rr44 to any member under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

10Terms Amendment

Rr44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on rr44.vin.

Rr44 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. However, it is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always up to date with the latest version.

Continued use of the rr44 platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
